About Downloadable Puzzles

Downloadable Puzzles is a puzzle shelf. We sort 235 free printable puzzles by type and theme so you can find the right one in a few seconds: a Thanksgiving word search for the kids’ table, a science crossword for Friday review, a cryptogram for your coffee break.

Every puzzle here is made by PuzzlePage (opens in a new tab), and this site is run by the same team. Every free puzzle has its own page here where you can look through the real puzzle pages first. When you click Download, the PDF saves straight to your computer: no sign-up, no email, no detour. The PDFs carry PuzzlePage branding because that is where they are made.

How we keep it honest

Free means free: the free puzzles cost nothing and download without a sign-up. The daily puzzle email is optional and only starts if you ask for it. Paid packs and books are always labeled with their price. Amazon book links are affiliate links and are marked as such. If ads appear on this site, they are clearly labeled and kept away from download buttons.
